The question is, have you or haven’t you brained yourself on the Windmill pole? If you don’t understand the question, you sort of haven’t really lived.

Niamh had asked me if I’d shoot some videos of everything and what ended up happening was that, ultimately, I shot so much that I had enough to cut together a terrifically lo-fi vertical format “rockumentary.” I called it The Best Band in the Whole Wide Room.

I remember hanging out in the green room with the band, randomly taking this series of photos of them. They really got into the spirit of the impromptu photo session right away. It was the most fun I’d had in a long time.

As I spent the summer working full time hustling to make a feature film, I simultaneously found myself getting sucked into the South London music scene. This is the story of that journey.
